Deborah Tullett appointed Restaurant Manager

Deborah Tullett, 34, an accomplished manager and team leader within the quality hotel industry, appointed as Restaurant Manager.
Deborah took up the position after spending over two years in a similar post at the four-star Runnymede Hotel & Spa, Staines.

Previous positions have included Assistant Restaurant Manager at the AA two rosette City Café in London’s City Inn (now DoubleTree by Hilton) and three years working at management level at The Grove, a five-star resort and member of the Leading Hotels of the World, near Watford.

The Swan has a long-established reputation for the outstanding cuisine served in the hotel’s beautiful AA two rosette Gallery Restaurant under head chef Justin Kett. More recently, the hotel opened an informal contemporary-style Brasserie providing guests with a choice of two different but exceptional dining experiences.

Afternoon tea is also a traditional favourite at the hotel.

With its half-timbered picture perfect exterior, luxurious surroundings, oak beamed interiors, open fires and cosy nooks, The Swan brings together a deep sense of history and occasion with a mix of classic and contemporary styling.
