The Swan Hotel in Lavenham combines 15th Century inspiration with 21st Century innovation to offer a unique Suffolk meeting venue conducive to a wide variety of corporate events, including exhibitions, conferences and team away days. Our three refurbished meeting rooms, which are equipped with Wi-Fi and air conditioning, provide a high degree of privacy and natural daylight, seating up to 18 delegates boardroom-style or 30 theatre-style.
Our Head Chef understands that food plays an important role in corporate events and produces imaginative menus to satisfy a variety of occasions, including exciting vegetarian options, exquisite dinners and even menus to reflect your corporate image.
The Swan’s hidden garden is ideal for team building events and for break out sessions during the Summer months, when traditional afternoon tea and ice creams can be served to delegates Of course, if you have your own ideas, then we would be happy to incorporate them into your team away day.
