In respect to tradition and quality of Champagne, the three Frerejean Taittinger brothers have selected this premier cru, a harmonious blend of three grape varieties in Champagne: 50% Chardonnay, 30% Pinot Noir and 20% Meunier, with a relatively low dosage for a Brut Champagne.
In essence this blend creates freshness, fruitiness and crisp acidity – while still exhibiting some of the characteristics that come from ageing far beyond the minimum requirement.
