Frerejean Frères -Created by the Frerejean-Taittinger brothers, of the Taittinger Champagne family. A small production produced in the most traditional methods true to the roots of Champagne – 50% Chard, 30% Pinot 20% Meunier.
Premier Cru grapes from Cote de Blancs and Grauves - Grapes exclusively from Premier Cru sites producing exceptional quality fruit.
Aged Five Years Before Disgorgement - This gives the Frerejean Frères its golden colour and complexity. Far beyond simple fruit aromas, the Champagne as had time to develop dried fruit and rich honeyed aromas from the extra time spent in contact with the yeast.
Style and Taste - Aromas of sweet fruit, honey and caramel, but without any sweetness on the palate. Fine persistent bubbles complete what is exceptionally full
and well-balanced champagne, which is both delicious and elegant on the palate.
