The Swan's Lunch Culinary Master Classes
Due to their popularity, The Swan's Culinary Master Classes are now held twice monthly, on a Thursday, each with a different theme. Arrive at 10.30am for coffee and homemade biscuits and meet our Head Chef, Nicholas Wilson, who will give a cookery demonstration, which will include taste samplings, workshop notes and recipes. This will be followed by a two-course lunch with a glass of wine and coffee for just £32.95 per person.

We are able to host private Master classes for up to 20 people. Suggest a date and a theme and we will do our best to accommodate your bespoke Master Class, subject of course to availability.
We are happy to offer the special accommodation rate of £110.00 per room to all Culinary Masterclass guests (includes full Suffolk breakfast, based on 2 guests sharing). This offer is valid on the night of the masterclass only and is subject to availability.
