The experience begins at 7.00pm with an aperitif and canapés in the lounge. This will be followed by a three-course dinner served at 7.30pm with a new Champagne to match each course of the dinner, expertly designed to perfectly complement.

The Frerejean-Taittinger brothers grew up with love and respect for the Champagne tradition and building their own Maison de Champagne is a tribute to their passion for this historical terroir. Today, Guillaume, Richard and Rodolphe have founded their own Premier Cru Champagne House, autonomously and independently, to fulfill their vision of producing cuvées in the manner of great wines.

In this quest for finesse and elegance, Frerejean Frères Premier Cru Champagnes are aged for a minimum of five years at the cellar and treated with a gentle dosage. This strictly meets the desire to transmit the unique signature of an exceptional terroir, located six miles south of Epernay.
Frerejean Frères produces great wines of Champagne, distinguished as much by their uniqueness as their elegance. They reject all mixtures of terroirs and crus, instead preferring to work with individual vintages and using minimal quantities of sugar. In this quest for roundness that defines the Frerejean Frères house style, they age all their wines between 5 to 7 years at the cellar, including the Brut NV.

This maturation period could not be considered without the excellence of our Premier Cru vineyards. In Champagne, only exceptional varieties may improve after a long period of cellar ageing in this manner. However, when they are able to mature well in this way, great wines are revealed with an incredible complexity and finesse. The process ensures that their wines are full of flavour and depth and that they offer superb roundness, while preserving critical freshness.
