The Swan's exquisite wine dinners offer elegant wines and delectable cuisine - the result of an inspired collaboration between our Head Sommelier, François Belin, and Head Chef Justin Kett.
The experience begins at 7.00pm with an aperitif and canapés in the lounge. This will be followed by a three-course dinner served at 7.30pm with a new wine to match each course of the dinner, expertly designed to perfectly complement.

Plaimont Producteurs is a group of cooperative wine cellars situated in the heart of the South-West of France, their vineyards stretch from the Pyrenean foothills to the undulating Gascony hillsides covering a uniquely rich terroir. Their wine production covers the appellations of Saint Mont, Madiran, Pacherenc du Vic-Bilh and Côtes de Gascogne. Today, with forty million bottles sold every year, Plaimont represents 98 % of the Saint Mont appellation (red, white and rosé), 48 % of the Madiran et Pacherenc du Vic-Bilh appellation and nearly half of Côtes de Gascogne. In the space of several decades Plaimont Producteurs has become the leading producer of wine in the South-West of France: a challenge which they are proud to accept! …but a challenge which they would never have been able to take up without the hard work, dedication and passion of their winegrowers.
Gianni Masciarelli Wine Dinner
from San Martino Sulla Marrucina in Abruzzo, the land of Montepulciano DOC, Italy£69.00 per personFriday 9th October 2015www.masciarelli.it
Over the past ten years the Masciarelli Wine Estate has been the most cutting edge producer in the most cutting edge region of Italy. In Italy Azienda Agricola Masciarelli is famous as Italy’s 2004 Winery of the Year, just on the heels of Gianni Masciarelli’s Winemaker of the Year honors in 2003. Today Masciarelli is the largest organically farmed Estate in Italy. We deeply mourn Gianni Masciarelli’s passing in year 2008, a mere 53 years with us. Gianni has worked tirelessly to secure his vineyards, his vision, and his legacy as the greatest winemaker of his generation.
